Stroker Circo IV

Dozens of concentric discs press against one another across the square, each ring carrying the ridges and drag of a loaded brush. Lemon yellow and chalk white dominate, punctuated by saturated red, turquoise, violet and deep green. The circles vary in scale and alignment, turning a simple repeated form into a lively field of shifting targets, wheels and blooms.

The Stroker gesture closes into a loop here: a field of hand-built circles whose differences in scale, colour and surface keep repetition from becoming uniform.
