Legal
Privacy policy
iZoot.com is an artist's archive. It is built to show artwork, not to gather data about you.
This policy explains, in plain language, what happens to information when you visit iZoot.com or contact the studio.
Information collected on this site
The site does not ask you to create an account, and it does not sell or share visitor information. Inquiry forms on this site do not store your message on a server: submitting a form opens your own email client with the message prepared, so the only copy is the email you choose to send.
Email inquiries
When you email the studio, the message and the details you include are used solely to answer your inquiry and to keep a record of any licensing, commission or acquisition discussion. Inquiries are not added to a marketing list without your agreement.
Cookies and preferences
A light/dark theme preference may be stored in your browser so the site remembers how you like to view the work. It stays on your device and identifies nobody.
Third parties
Artwork images and fonts may be delivered through third-party hosting and content delivery providers, which necessarily process technical request data such as IP address in order to deliver files. Links to external profiles such as LinkedIn, Instagram, X and Fine Art America are governed by those services' own policies.
Your requests
You can ask what correspondence the studio holds about you, ask for corrections, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to ira@idigits.com and it will be handled personally.
